Return & Refund Policy
At Casa Mia Catering, we take pride in preparing every dish with care, using the freshest ingredients and traditional Tuscan recipes. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place regarding returns and refunds.
1. Food Orders – No Returns
All food items are made to order and are non-returnable once they have been prepared or picked up. This policy ensures food safety and freshness for all customers.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or change your order, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Requests made after this window will not be refunded, as ingredients and preparation may have already begun.
3. Order Issues & Satisfaction
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us on the same day of pickup.
We will review your case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund.
4. Catering Services
Refund policies for catering services are outlined individually in each service agreement and quote. Deposits for confirmed catering events are typically non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
