1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online ordering platform and the catering services provided by Casa Mia Catering. By placing an order through our website or via email, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering
Orders can be placed through our online shop or by email. Each order is subject to availability and confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to refuse orders that do not comply with our preparation and pickup schedule.
3. Payment
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. No orders will be processed without confirmation of payment.
4. Pickup Only
At this time, we do not offer delivery services. All orders must be picked up at the designated location and time selected during the ordering process.
5. Changes and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Changes or cancellations requested after this window may not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Catering Services
Catering is available only upon request and based on a custom quote. Each event is unique, and details including menu, quantity, pricing, and timing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
7. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
8. Limitation of Liability
Casa Mia Catering is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to incorrect pickup, late arrival, or misuse of our food once it has left our premises.
